C2020 - CEILING/WALL – SUPPLY/RETURN DIFFUSER (PVC 1-SLOT GRILLE) These diffusers will be used as supply diffusers and must have an aesthetically pleasing design suitable for installation in a false ceiling. They will be elongated, slot-type diffusers, available in widths of 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, and 65mm, suitable for both cooling and heating applications. The diffusers will be made entirely of PVC, with a specialized profile for integration into the false ceiling. They will also feature an adjustable mechanism to control air deflection. Each diffuser includes an integrated plenum made of 12 mm thick thermally insulating black PVC foam board, with cylindrical or oval connections suitable for connection to the main duct via flexible ducting. Recommended type: VENTUS / C2020 20 21 PVC RETURN AIR DIFFUSERS WITH FIXED LOUVERS – ACCESS PANEL These will be linear rectangular diffusers suitable for ceiling installation, featuring a row of fixed louvers. The louvers will be spaced 10mm apart and shaped to direct the returning air perpendicularly from the diffuser surface. The diffuser frame will seal tightly to a metal frame for secure installation. The diffuser will be made of PVC with extrusion and feature a closed-cell foam substrate with a smooth, non-glossy surface on both sides. A removable EU2 filter will be integrated into the back of the diffuser. The diffuser will also serve as an access panel. If the diffuser is used as a free return, a black back panel will be installed to prevent visibility from the rear. Recommended type:VENTUS / Perforated Access 8-5 with filter
REVERSE LINEAR SUPPLY/RETURN GRILLES ON PLENUM BOX FOR CEILING OR WALL MOUNTING (PVC) All wall-mounted supply diffusers will be made of PVC and will not feature a perimeter flange. They will be linear, rectangular diffusers suitable for wall mounting, with openings parallel to the long dimension and a fixed air supply angle of 0°. Depending on the design, the opening width D will be either 8mm (type 8-5) or 12mm (type 12- 5). Diffusers will be made of extruded PVC and include a closed-cell foam substrate with a smooth, non-glossy surface, unpainted to allow customization to match the wall color. They will always be accompanied by a plenum made of 12mm thick thermal-insulating PVC foam board, with suitable connections for flexible ducting. The diffuser shall be mounted flush with the wall. All diffusers must be installed in a way that conceals the attachment method within the air box to minimize losses.
